This a ghost settlement with dead settlers around. In one of the shacks, you'll find a Master-locked green steamer trunk. The sleeping bag nearby has a copy of the Wasteland Survival Guide. A cooking station is also found outside.
There might be raiders who will wander in once you start exploring the area. The top of the tower has a siren. If you turned it on, two deathclaws may appear and attack the raiders below. If you wait long enough, the two deathclaws will leave the area.
