Nahant Oceanological Society

This location has two buildings; the laboratory and the research building. The beach around the buildings are filled with mirelurk eggs and burrowed glowing mirelurks. The small boat has a toolbox containing Casey's Key.

Research Building

There's a novice research terminal in the lobby. There's a functional, non-hostile Mr. Handy roaming the area. There's an issue of the Wasteland Survival Guide on the table beside the typewriter in the last room of the cottage. This room also has a weapons workbench.

Advanced wallsafe and red steamer trunk behind the Expert door in the second floor.

Research Laboratory

• There's a master-locked red steamer trunk beside the chem station to the immediate left of the entrance.
• Ammo box in the upper walkway has 4 Fusion Cores.
• Power armor station in the bottom, near a research terminal and wall safe. You can open the wall safe from the unlocked terminal.
