This repeatable quest is given by Dr. Alan Binet in Robotics. The main task is to clear a randomly designated location of feral ghouls that are causing problems for the synth scavenger team. Relay to the marked location, clear the marked enemies (you don't need to kill everything) then report back to Binet to complete the quest and get your rewards.
The possible locations of this quest are the following:
