Parkview Apartments

This is composed of two adjacent buildings connected by a rooftop wooden walkway and is one of the common locations for various minor repeatable quests. The area is infested with supermutants.

• (Starting from the fast-travel point) Supermutant guard and two turrets in the entrance.
• Use the elevator to reach the upper floor.
• Use the stairs to reach the top floor. The room near the stairs has an Expert Safe.
• Novice explosives crate beside the MG Turret in the end of the corridor to the west
• Has a door outside, leading to the apartment rooftops. The green steamer trunk is found in the penthouse.

• From the penthouse, you’ll find a sleeping bag and armor workbench in the adjacent apartment building to the SW. There’s also a door leading to the interior of that apartment building.
• The first room in that apartment building has raiders with an Expert wall Safe.
• Weapons workbench in the ground floor to the SW.
