This is a small building with laser several traps. You can disarm these traps to collect components. There's also an armor workbench inside. The interior is also highly irradiated, capable of exceeding what Rad-X can prevent.

If you go through the workshop area, you can run past the corridor and reach the door to the cellar. The cellar is somehow clean from radiation. The cellar is full of traps nonetheless. There's a missile launcher trap attached near the staircase so you can collect that weapon after disarming/triggering it. There's a bobby pin box on the work table in one corner of the cellar.The assaultron nearby is activated by the pressure pad beside its pod.

The cellar has considerable number of adhesives so make sure to loot them all. The small room in the cellar has a terminal that can deactivate the assaultron and the sentry gun nearby. There are also three holotapes you can collect from the small table beside the terminal.
