Monsignor Plaza

The entrance is guarded by several raiders and an auto-turret. The interior has a large floor space. In the bottom floor to the south, there's a police protectron you can activate via the novice terminal beside it.

To reach the third floor from the ground floor, you have to take the elevator to the NW. There's a wrecked Mr. Handy in the appliances shop and across it is an armor workbench. The blue door leads to the rooftop exit.

In the second floor, there's some stairs on the SW leading to the third floor. Inside the gun shop to the immediate right, you'll find a weapons workbench, Griswold's terminal (you can eject his Poetry Collection holotape), and some scattered ammo inside.

Continue forth and you'll find a red steamer trunk, a bed, and a chem lab. You can get the Monsignor Plaza Key from the counter beside the coffee machine. The staircase leads to another exit but you'll be taking rads because of the radioactive barrels in the base of the stairs. Leave the place immediately using the key.
