The Silver Shroud

In the room beside a memory lounger to the west in Goodneighbor’s Memory Den building, you’ll find a ghoul named Kent. If you talk to him, he’ll go on about the Silver Shroud and how awesome the show is. He’ll then ask you to bring him the Silver Shroud Costume and Silver Machine Gun Prop. These items can be found in the top floor studio of Hubris Comics building.

Once you have the costume with you, you can keep the costume for yourself or hand it over to Kent. Hand it over to him and he’ll say that he’s not capable of being the Silver Shroud. He’ll then offer you to become the Shroud. Once you accepted to become the Shroud, this quest will become available. Remember to tune in to Silver Shroud station while you’re in Goodneighbor for this quest. You also have to wear the coat and hat as well. You don't need to equip the Silver Machine Gun as its damage is kind of laughable unless you have the necessary perks to boost its damage.

Your first objective as the crimefighter-in-the-flesh is to kill Wayne Delancy. He’s located in the backalley on the left side of The Memory Den. After killing him, examine his body to leave a calling card. Don’t forget to loot the drifter’s corpse as well. Wait for a few minutes and the next target will be marked in your map.

Head to backalleys leading to Bobbi’s place and talk to AJ. You can bribe him or talk to him as Shroud. AJ will then counter-offer you with a bribe. You can walk away, ask more caps or threaten as Shroud. If you threaten him, he and his bodyguards will be hostile to you. Kill them all and leave another calling card on his body.

Next, you have to meet up with Whitechapel Charlie inside the Third Rail. Talk to him to learn about your next target. You can bribe your way to get the necessary information. Once done, you have to leave Goodneighbor and head to the unmarked location of “Wallstreet Aparments” to kill Kendra.

This apartment should be under the Fallen Skybridge, so if you have that map marker unlocked, fast travel there and carefully make your way down. Once inside the apartment, clear the first floor then open the door beside the cigarette shop to find the stairs. Go upstairs to find your target. You don’t have to kill her immediately; you can still talk to her a bit (before she turns hostile and attacks you) Leave a calling card on her body. When looting it, you may get a Contract for Shelly Triller. You’ll get an optional task to kill her as well.

If you decided to go after Shelly, she’s located in the second floor of the National Guard Training Yard. After killing her, you’ll get another optional objective to collect the payment. The payment is inside a tool case marked in your map. It should be somewhere along the main roads near Goodneighbor. Just open your local map to find its exact location.

Head back to Goodneighbor and wait for your objective to be updated. Next, you have to meet with Hancock as the Shroud. Enter the Old State House and talk to him. You’ll get two new targets to kill: Smiling Kate and Northy. Both of their locations are marked in the map so you just need to head there and take care of them.

After taking out Northy, examine his body to get the holotape “Find the Shroud”. After listening to it, travel back to Goodneighbor’s Memory Den and find Kent. Once you’re inside, Irma will tell you what happened. Now you’ll have two new objectives: the main one is to kill Sinjin and the optional task is to save Kent. Tune in to the Silver Shroud station to know his location.

Head to Milton General Hospital and head to the lowest level. Take the elevator to reach Sinjin and Kent. Don’t open fire yet; just walk towards him and talk to him. You can instigate Sinjin to attack you first. Once that’s done, kill him and his men then talk to Kent. Once done, leave the area and talk to Hancock back in Goodneighbor to complete the quest and to get your reward.
