This is once a small but thriving farm before being overrun by supermutants. It has armor workbench, a cooking station, and mattresses. Unfortunately, you can't make this as an allied settlement since there's no workshop workbench in the area. The restroom has first-aid kits and bottles of Nuka-Cola. There's a Nuka-Cola Quantum and first aid kit on the guard post nearby.
