- There will be a couple of Yao Guais spawning in the middle of the playground
- Most homes are empty or containing minor loot.
- Fenced house to the south has an unlocked safe in front of the washers.
- House to the SW has a Power armor station.
House to the west is barricaded from the other side. You have to reach the second floor by jumping over the truck and crate. The second has a bed, ammo box, green steamer trunk, duffle bag, and explosives crate. The other side of the door has ghouls so be prepared. The lower floor of this house has a laser trap so disarm the tension trigger on the door and the gun brace. In the dining area, there's a med-kit, and a toolbox.
