• Duffel bag found under the ramp to the west.
• There’s an Advanced terminal protecting a security door on the second floor, to the SE. Inside, you’ll find a copy of the Massachusetts Surgical Journal, chem station, Novice terminal, and Expert Safe. The terminal can unlock the Safe.
• Rooftop has guns, ammo, and mattresses.

There clinic's lower floor has an Expert-locked door. After looting the containers in the main floor, you can go to the basement area to find more loot. There's a room with radioactive drums with a handful of uncommon components and a laboratory with the Clinic Key on the corner of the table. Beside the laboratory is a heavy-locked door which opens the blood storage room, with a green steamer trunk.
