Greentop Nursery

This farm has its own nursery with a separate building for its farmers. There's a cooking and chem station outside. This can be made as an allied workshop by completing the quest Greentop Nursery: Greenskins.

This area has a lot of farming space both inside and outside the nursery. Like most workshops, it doesn't have its own Water source so you have to build multiple water pumps here. The nearby house is large enough to accommodate several Beds at once. However, due to its perilous location, you should set ample defenses around the perimeter and keep the plants inside the nursery to prevent immediate damage to your crops.
