The place has several deactivated buttons. If you attack them or press the “Tell Me More” button, they'll become hostile and attack you.

There's an armor workbench and Power armor station in the garage to the north, as well as an assaultron, two protectrons, and sentry bot. They'll attack you once they detect you except for the defective sentry bot that you can destroy instantly in one shot. There's a weapons workbench beside the double-door leading back to the showroom.

Beside the weapons workbench is a Novice gate where you can access the red steamer trunk inside. In the southern corner, you can find a trader, and raider corpse with a caps stash. The rooftop gives access to the broken monorail that leads to the 3rd floor entrance of Mass Bay Medical Center.
