This where the Trinity Tower Radio Signal is originating from. Listening to the radio signal will trigger the "Curtain Call" sidequest. The building's floor layout is quite small so it will be easy for you to check every nook and cranny without missing that much. You will also find several super mutant armor pieces here that you can give to your super mutant companion, Strong.

In the lobby of the tower, there's a cooking station. There's also a Super Mutant Cowl Armor from behind the desk. Also, Fist, who seems to be the boss of the tower will acknowledge your arrival if you're visiting the tower during the Curtain Call quest. Continue upstairs then take the elevator.

After disembarking from the first elevator, prepare to face some enemies. There might also be a legendary supermutant brute that you'll encounter here. If you go to the right, you'll find the room with a billiards table. There's a Nuka cola from the vending machine, and a novice toolbox behind the counter. If you check the bloodied restroom east of the elevator, and go through the broken wall, you'll find a novice locked toolbox and first aid box.

Enter the room to the SE and pick up the bobby pin box before going down the ramp. At the end of the ramp is an advanced door. Behind it, you'll find a Super Mutant Waistcloth, Advanced Safe, first aid box, tool case, and a Novice terminal. The terminal can unlock the safe in case your lockpicking level is low.

Go up the ramp and go to the dining room where you'll find a chem box, ammo boxes, first aid kit, and Super Mutant Leg Guards. The room to the east has an expert safe and a duffel bag. Exit the room then take the ramp up to the NE. Kill the remaining supermutants there then take the elevator up.

There's a Supermutant Leg Armor on the counter across the elevator and more supermutants upstairs. Continue upstairs and find an Expert Safe SE behind some sort of technical booth. In the floor above, to the SW, there's a bobby pin box, first aid box, and a caps stash.

Continue upstairs to reach the top of the tower and find Fist (available only during the quest) There's a Super Mutant Heavy Armor, steamer trunk, and a weapons workbench. You can get Trinity Tower Cell Key from the steamer trunk as well. You'll find more loot and the Melee Bobblehead inside the prison cell.
