This is found in an unmarked location SE of Bunker Hill or SW of Weatherby Savings &Loan, near the river. It's a building the corner of the road beside the anchor monument. The building itself has a sign "Dry Cleaning".

Once inside, you'll find this magazine inside the shopping basket. on top of the washing machine. This place is also a good source of Abraxo Cleaners containing Acid, Antiseptic x2, and Fiberglass.
