Green cabin to the south:

• Has two ghouls and several free loots inside.
• Book: Wasteland Survival Guide (Hunting in the Wastes)
• Mr. Handy named Professor Goodfeels (just ignore)

Central Cabin

• Workshop
• Chem Station
• Novice Terminal. Successfully hacking it allows you to set new protocols for the roaming Mr. Handy. It will follow you around if you set it on Guard Protocol
• In the terminal select Return for Maintenance to map a new location in the map (Hester's Consumer Robotics)

Northern cabin

• Novice Lock
• Has Legendary Radroach inside . You can kill it safely by peeking from the window. (possible random encounter)
• Has some chems and stimpack inside

Dining Hall

• Two ghouls inside. Suitcase with good items
• Right outside is a cooking station
