For this mission, you have to hunt animals and collect 5 meat. The location animals in your immediate area will be marked in the Map. Drive there, kill the animal using any means you want, then harvest its meat. Once you have enough meat, Fast-Travel to the O’Leary Mountain safehouse and talk to Boozer to complete the mission.
