This is a very straightforward mission. Just select this mission and ride to where you found Alvarez since the game started. Upon arriving there, examine the historical marker (Peter Skene Ogden) from where she was leaning.
Approach her body and examine the blood trail to know how she got attacked by Leon. Once done, step back and throw a molotov at her body to complete the mission.
