After receiving the Radio message from Rikki to start this mission, drive to the marked location and examine the bag on the floor. Your target will appear nearby so run to your Bike and chase after him.
Other riders may join Lynchman so take them out first before focusing on him. Always make your shots count by closing in and shooting him only when the reticule’s green. Also, try to avoid the molotovs he will be throwing behind.
Continue chasing him until his Bike blows up. After catching up to him, he’ll be restrained automatically and the mission will be complete.
