Return to Hot Springs and talk to Tucker to receive this Job once available. She’ll tell you about a Ripper Camp south of Twin Craters. Follow the marker to reach the camp. There are only 8 Rippers here and they won’t call for reinforcements even if you get detected so you can take them out using any method you want. After killing all rippers, the mission will be complete.
