Make sure to do this mission first before starting No One Saw It Coming, since this will disappear after completing a series of story missions you can’t skip.

It’s time to visit Sarah’s Memorial Stone again. Simply head there and interact with the stone to start Deacon’s monologue. The mission is complete once Deacon finishes his report.
