This skill tree gives Deacon access to skills that help increase his survivability. Since high tier skills are unlocked only by learning a certain number of skills per category, consider the recommendation below on what skills to prioritize for this skill category.

6. Catch Your Breath

8. Carry that Weight

9. Shape Up

10. Six Feet Over

After getting the skills listed above, you can now choose whatever that’s left if you still have skill points to spare.

Eye for Detail	1	Icons are displayed longer in Survival Vision.
Hawkeyed	1	Plants are displayed in the Mini-map.
Thorn In Your Side	1	Chance to retrieve bolts fired from your crossbow.
Eagle-Eyed	2	Increases Survival Vision’s range.
Thief in the Night	2	Generate less Noise when moving or dropping.
Green Thumb	2	Grants ability to gather twice the amount of plants when collecting them.
The Butcher	3	Grants ability to gather twice the amount of Meat from animals.
Catch Your Breath	3	Reduces cooldown on stamina recovery.
Ear to the Ground	3	Enemies are outlined in Survival Vision.
Monkey Wrench	4	Doubles the effectiveness of scrap while repairing the Bike.
Second Wind	4	Get an extra burst of adrenaline when low on health.
Carry that weight	4	Increases inventory space for crafting components, traps, and throwables.
The Alchemist	5	Increases health Cocktail’s initial recovery and duration.
Shape Up	5	stamina regeneration increased significantly.
Six Feet Over	5	Regain some stamina when taking damage.
