You'll find the Hubris Comics Storeroom Key from the cash register near the entrance door. Beside that cash register is an issue of the Unstoppables.

There’s an advanced terminal in the other end of the counter at the entrance that has safe unlocking feature. The Novice locked door can be opened with the storeroom key and the wall safe can be opened from the terminal at the counter.

In the second floor, behind the Novice locked door is the Manager’s terminal and the Hubris Office Key from the desk. In the next room, there’s a Nuka-Cola Quantum in the dispenser.

Head to the third floor and you’ll find the locked door where you can use the Office Key to the SW. Inside, there’s an open safe, duffel bag, and the Silver Shroud Script.

On the top floor, be careful of the possible Glowing One behind the set backdrop. Check behind it to get the Silver Submachine Gun Prop. Examine the mannequin to get the Silver Shroud Costume set. In the locker area, you’ll find the Grognak Costume and ladder leading to the building’s rooftop.

In the other corner, there’s a green steamer trunk. Open the door beside it to find an issue of Astoundingly Awesome Tales on the table beside the chair.
