Hyde Park

This area is flooded. There’s nothing much to explore in the flooded part of the town so don’t bother wading through the irradiated Water. You can reach the raider outpost by using the ramps behind the buildings. Most stairways and doorways in the buildings are rigged with mines and traps so be careful as you explore them.

The separate shed to the NW has an armor workbench while the shed to the west has a large toolbox with some first aid boxes. There's a Power armor station in another shed NE of the area. One of the buildings has an armor workbench.

Rooftop level has Grognak the Barbarian issue inside a metal fabrication, on top of a Novice safe, behind a red chair. There's also a steamer trunk and a novice suitcase in the wooden fabrication.
