Garden Terrace

This is a rooftop terrace under a broken overpass which can be reached by taking the elevator in the second lower level of the underground parking in front of Faneuil Hall. After reaching the overpass, look for the building near the edge and drop on it. Be careful since there’s a Deathclaw Matriarch that may be waiting here.

There’s an elevator leading to the Haymarket Offices. The other building where a train crashed through has a green steamer trunk and elevator. If you manually dropped down per floor, you can collect a stealth boy and find an Advanced safe.

After looting the safe, take the elevator back up then find the wooden scaffolding in the side of the building. From there, you’ll have a good vantage point to snipe on the raiders in Haymarket Hall below. Also, there’s a wooden walkway leading to the crashed train. There’s only a hostile protectron guardian you have to defeat. At the far end of the train, you’ll find a red steamer trunk.
