Federal Ration Stockpile

- Well armed raiders, armored guard dogs, and auto-turrets.

- Generator to the NW has a Fusion Core

- Guard house behind that generator has a tool case with a couple of good weapons and ammo.

- Main building has a terminal that can deactivate the turrets and spotlights.

There is an open container van outside that contains a Power Armor with its own Fusion Core. You can use it immediately if you want.

Deeper inside, more raiders await. There's a corridor to the right that leads to a dimly lit tunnel with mines. Follow the path and carefully get out of the way if you tripped on the mines. This path will Lead you to a room with two skeletal remains with an explosive box and a stealth boy.

The storage stockpile ahead requires a Master difficulty terminal to hack and unlock. Just ignore it for now since you can get the key later on. There's a first aid box on the left side. Now barely visible in the corner beside it is a Fat-Man launcher. Grab it as well.

In the second flooded room, there's a locked Novice door. Inside, there's a generator with a Fusion Core.

Further inside, there's a Legendary Raider with a unique weapon (Item drop seems to be randomized). There's a turret beside him and you can take him with full health and with a minigun. Behind the Legendary Raider is a Novice tool case containing more good loots.

Continue upstairs but be careful of the grenade trap. Kill two raiders in that corridor then head to the next room where you'll find two more raiders. Kill them both. There's an Expert Safe in the next room.

Further inside, you'll find Red Tourette which is a high level raider. You can take her on if you have the minigun and you have the necessary perks and supplies to survive her pot shots. Loot the Federal Ration Stock pile Password from her. Loot the containers in the area. You can backtrack to the Master terminal you encountered earlier then use the password you acquired from Red Tourette to unlock the doors.
