This is a small, closed-off building with very few notable items inside. The area has low-leveled raiders which can be easily dispatched even if you're low-leveled.

Notable Loot / Points of Interest:

Tower Tom's room/office: This is accessible via catwalks or the elevator.

• The Novice Terminal in Tower Tom's room will be updated based on your actions involving certain named raiders.
• Weapons Station in the same room.
• Picket Fences magazine on the floor in front of the steamer trunk containing more loot.
• There's a Chem station and a mattress under the walkway near the elevator.
