Upon visiting Mother’s Crown, you can talk to the man named Lut and he’ll reveal the location of the Valleymeet Hunting Grounds, further northwest. This particular hunting ground focuses on your ability to utilize elemental ammo.

Damage 4 machines using a canister explosion
| Blazing Sun | 0:40 |
| Full Sun | 1:20 |
| Half-Sun | 20:00 |
Equip your hunter bow and fire arrows. You have to sneak behind a group of striders then quickly set their canister on fire to trigger a delayed explosion. Striders will most likely group together especially if you manage to take them by surprise so if the timing’s right, the blast will damage other machines nearby. Take note that the damage must come from a canister explosion for it to count.

Remove 3 canisters from the Bellowback’s underbelly while it’s stunned.
| Blazing Sun | 1:00 |
| Full Sun | 2:00 |
| Half-Sun | 20:00 |
This trial can be easily done with a sling capable of shooting Shock Bombs (I’m using the Shadow Sling for this trial) since bombs can easily stun machines than shock arrows. Find the nearest bellowback before sliding down to save time. Quickly lob shock bombs at it then once it’s down find a clear shot of its underbelly by going around it using tearblast arrows for good measure. Take note that you should be able to remove the canisters while the bellowback is still stunned.

Kill 5 machines while frozen
| Blazing Sun | 1:30 |
| Full Sun | 2:30 |
| Half-Sun | 20:00 |
This trial can be easily done with a sling capable of shooting Freeze Bombs (I’m using the Shadow Sling for this trial) Freeze bombs are recommended that freeze arrows since they have a small area-of-effect upon landing, and they can easily freeze the striders. For the kill to count, you have to destroy the machine while the frozen status (freeze icon circle) is still active. So far, the quickest way to beat the Blazing Sun required time is by ignoring the Bellowback and going after the striders. Hit them with freeze bombs and strike them with your spear. This should be enough to kill them instantly. Since the freeze status doesn’t go away quickly, you can prioritize freezing striders that will attempt to run or ram you.
