A Moment’s Peace

This quest will automatically start after reaching the Banuk Encampment in the frozen north of the Nora territory. Talk to the named Banuks in the encampment. Finally, talk to the shaman named Tikuk and learn more about the docile machines in their camp.

Activate your focus once more and you’ll find the signal coming from the cliff north of the camp. Take the stairs up to the banuk shrine then climb up to reach the mountain trail. Follow the trail and scale the rock walls as necessary. Use the campfire along the way and continue following the next part of the trail.

You’ll find a couple of Oseram freebooters. Approach them to trigger a scene. After sending them off, continue to the trail to find the unknown device. Approach the Oseram tinkering with the machine. After they leave, you have to head back to the camp.

Backtrack to the trail and rappel down from the spot where the glinthawks were hanging around earlier. After rappeling, find the zipline cord and slide down back to the camp. Help the Banuk take down the machines now running amok.

There’s ravager in the group of machines that is probably the most dangerous of them. Try to snipe off its cannon and scan it as well. If you manage to remove its cannon, you can pick it up and use it as a heavy weapon against it and the other machines. Proceed in destroying the remaining machines. Finally, talk to Tikuk to complete the quest.
