Talk to Fia in Mother’s Rise to start this quest. She’ll ask you to look go to the Brave trails to loot the two Dreamwillow caches. Both will be marked in the map so you just need to head there and reach the caches and check the contents.

One is found directly east of the Nora Hunting Grounds. Find the wooden poles and rods where you can hop on and use it to reach the wooden platform where the cache is located. You’ll discover that it’s empty.

The other one is located south of the bunker where the Shieldweaver Armor is located. There’s a campfire right beside it so if you activated it, you can fast-travel there. The wooden platform is connected via zipline across the nearby rock hill. Climb the hill using the ropes and ledges on its western side or via jumping from its lowest slope on the other side to reach the rope then zip to the platform. To reach the rope, you may need to perform a running-leap. Loot the cache only to discover that it’s also empty.

Fast-travel to Mother’s Rise again and report back to Fia. She’ll then tell you about Jun who is capable of making Dreamwillow potions. He lives in a cottage on the snowy mountain side west of Mother’s Crown. Make your way to the cottage and you’ll hear someone yelling from inside. Unblock the door to release Jun.

After talking to him, you’ll have to track down the thieves that stole his dreamwillow. Use your Focus to highlight the track then follow it until you reach the other side of the mountain where a group of people are pinned down by some machines.

Their attention won’t be directed towards you upon arrival so you can place some traps and tripwires before attacking the sawtooth. Sawtooths are quite dangerous at this point but you can use fire arrows to burn it and make it panic. If you have placed traps and tripwires beforehand then killing the sawtooth as well as the watchers will be a whole lot easier.

After killing the machines, talk to the outcast group’s leader, Kurst. After convincing them to hand you over the dreamwillow, return to the cottage and talk to Jun. You’ll have a flashpoint moment here so choose what you want and the quest will be complete.
