The Terror of the Sun

This quest continues immediately after the last quest’s cutscene. Helis has captured you and you’ll be offered as a sacrifice to the Sun in front of a large crowd. With your Focus destroyed and equipment taken, you’ll be left alone with a corrupted behemoth.

For this portion of the battle, you have to lure the Behemoth to any of the three pillars supporting the sacrificial platform above which also contains Aloy’s equipment. The behemoth’s attacks are incredibly damaging and the corruption that it leaves makes it even more dangerous. Any of its attacks are damaging and equally damaging to the wooden pillars.

After destroying two pillars, the platform will come crashing down and Aloy will recover her equipment automatically during the cutscene. This time, you’ll be able to fight the behemoth without handicaps. If you don’t have problems taking down behemoths at this point, then this one wouldn’t be different. Use your ropecaster to tie it down then use your tearblaster or tearblast arrows to knock out the components and freely target the weak points.

After defeating the Behemoth, watch the following cutscenes and the mission will be complete.

You have to head to the Embrace to help the tribe against the Eclipse offensive.
