Robbing the Rich

Talk to Ravan in his house’s porch northeast of the city marketplace to learn that thieves has stolen his prized sword. Next, talk to the only witness, Ravan’s steward who is working nearby. Ask him about what he saw then use your Focus to scan the broken window.

Next, look around to find the blood trail then follow it until the trail ends near a market stall. Talk to the vendor named Keadi nearby to update your objective. There’s no trail to follow so follow the marker instead and continue down the stairs. Continue forward until you get the prompt to talk to the nearby woman named Rokasha. Backtrack to the vendor you talked earlier.

Keadi will come clean about being an accomplice and will refer you to the windmill east of Meridian Village. Head there and talk to the man named Kindiv. You can ask him about their operations to help the needy by robbing the rich. Kindiv will then tell you about their comrade, Nasan, who is bound for Sunfall and suddenly disappeared while on his way to deliver food to the people in need.

Next, you have to investigate what happened to Nasan and his food supply cart. If you managed to activate the campfire in the fort called Unflinching Watch, you can fast-travel there for your convenience. Go to the campfire inside the search area then use your Focus to scan the scraps of cloth beside the cart behind the large boulder by the campfire.

Next, follow the tracks until it leads you to a hostile shadow carja fort. Nasan is inside and you have to kill the hostile soldiers to rescue him. You can work your way and snipe off the guards by the watchtower first. If you stick to the left side of the fort, you’ll find a large boulder which you can climb and give you a good sniping position to land those fatal headshots against the guards nearby.

This boulder also has a tightrope leading to a watchtower that serves as another sniping position and easier access to the campfire. From here, you can continue wiping out the guards in the other side of the fort or you can find the climbing holds in the corner of the inner fort, near the watchtower. This will allow you to sneak inside the fort whereas the only other way in is through the front door.

If you feel confident about facing the remaining soldiers head or if you wiped out the guards by the gate, then you can go through the front door and use that as bottleneck by placing traps the way. There’s only one heavy gunner inside and you can still wipe them out with quick headshots. After killing all the guards in the fort, loot the bodies as well as the supply crates from the nearby storage alcove then free Nasan. He will lead you to a portion of the fort where you can rappel down. Let him go first then rappel down to complete your objective in this location.

Next, you have to travel back to Meridian and report to Ravan to complete the quest.
