This activity is unlocked after completing the quest “Only the Bold” on the month of Blue Sea Moon (07). After completing the quest, you can participate by Talking to the Tournament Organizer in the Training Grounds.

Every month, there’s a tournament event with weapon restrictions and rewards. You can immediately see what event is available in the activity selection screen before you select the activities you want to do during the weekends or by viewing your Calendar.

After Talking to the tournament organizer, you’ll have to select a character from your team to participate in the tournament. There’s also a minimum required level as well. You don’t have control over your character so to increase your chances of winning, select the character with the highest weapon proficiency for the ongoing event. In the example below, I chose Ingrid to participate for the House vs. House Lance tournament.

By default, all participants will be using Training weapons. There are five rounds and you’ll earn a miniscule amount of gold for every round won. Clearing all five rounds will earn you both gold and the indicated event reward.
