Basic Attacks
A double punch.
A straight jab
Wario pushes both of his arms upward.
Wario pokes the opposing opponent
Dash Attacks
Wario trips over and hits the opponents with a head
Smash Attacks
Wario releases a powerful straight punch.
A sweeping headbutt
Wario will spin around on the floor, hitting any opponents around him.
Special Attacks
This move is used in conjunction with Wario Waft. Wario can take a bite off his opponents and even eat up items and enemy projectiles. The more Wario eats, the gassier he gets which in turn increases the power of his Wario Waft.
Warrio calls in his bike and travels in a straight line in the battlefield. Make sure that you get off the buss if you lost control of it and let it fall down the ravine. You can jump off the bike while on stage and Chomp it. Or you can even throw it to an opponent and chomp the parts once it breaks down. You can only have one Wario Bike in the stage at a time.
Wario spins around while gaining height.
Wario releases the gas he stored into an large fart explosion. He can't use this move consecutively and you have to chomp opponents/items again to increase its power again.
Air Attacks
Wario spins in mid-air with arms outstretched
A normal flying kick
Wario bends backward and hits enemies with both of his arms.
Wario claps upward.
Wario dives down head-first while spinning.
Final Smash
Wario transforms to the anti-hero, Wario Man. His damage output and movement speed is increased while in this form. His special attacks are temporarily enhanced as well. His aerial attacks can be chained in mid-air, allowing him to perform aerial combos smoothly.
Recovery
Wario's main vertical recovery is his Up Special. This move can damage any enemy nearby while lifting Wario up as well. For horizontal recovery, his bike has good range and can't be stopped in mid-air. In addition, you can jump from the bike and follow up with a Corkscrew to even get higher lift.
Gameplay
Despite his small size, Wario is considered a heavyweight. He can endure considerable damage and he can't be launched easily until he's sustained enough damage. His damage output is average and his attack range is quite limited. This means you have to get up close to your opponents in order to lay down damage and connect most of your attacks. Wario doesn't have projectile attacks at all so you'll probably need to use Wario Bike or jumping to cut the distance.
The Wario Bike is a good offensive and defensive move that can seamlessly connect with other specials. What's more is that it can act as a damage absorber, “food” for Wario's chomp attack, and a throwable item. Corkscrew functions both as a recovery move and multi-hit aerial attack. Wario Waft has good blast radius, especially when fully powered.
