Charizard can't be flinched while in this form as well.

Recovery

Charizard has three jumps compared to the usual double jump capabilities of most characters. His Fly (Up Special) move is the only move to recover from a long drop off stage and his self-damaging Flare Blitz move seems to be the best option to recover horizontally.

Gameplay

Charizard has a good amount of powerful moves that can be potent in the hands of a skilled player. Charizard's ground attacks have good damage and knockback. It's back air attack has good range and its stomp can deal heavy damage and knock back enemies with a solid blow. Its Flamethrower attack has good range albeit dealing only a small amount of damage. However, this is good for distracting enemies and persuading them to attack you. Air-to-ground attacks can be countered by Charizard's excellent Fly skill with the benefit of having some kind of armor after using it. Charizard's main staple is its Flare Blitz. He gets damaged by 4% whether he hits an opponent or not but this is a fast, powerful move that can get you a KO if you managed to hit a severely damaged opponent.
