The final chained dragon is located in Konùnsgard Stronghold, which you can access during the dwarven favor Hail to the King. From the stronghold’s main entrance where you have to place the entry stone, turn to the right and vault over the fallen tree. Follow the path and you should hear the dragon’s roar as you get near.

Approach the stonehenge-like structure to the right. There’s an ogre waiting there. Engage the ogre and two hel-shadows will appear from the high ground. Take out the enemies then loot the items the ogre dropped.

From there, cross the walkway to the right then climb the marked wall. Jump across the platform to reach the coffin to the north. From there, you can drop down and kick the chains from the nearby holder to create a shortcut.

Don’t forget to pick up the hacksilver pouch from the corpse near the wooden ledge to the south. There’s also a raven on top of the rock above the corpse as shown below.

Continue following the path to the northeast to find the bound Reginn. Head to the anchor and look at the alcove below Reginn to find another raven. Destroy it then jump across the nearby ledge then continue to the main area where the first shrine is located.

As soon as you arrive, you’ll be ambushed by tatzelwurms and shadows. You can have Atreus shoot the shock crystals nearby to stun the enemies. Take them out while also avoiding Reginn’s fire blast and lightning strikes. After clearing the area, destroy the first shrine.

Once done, lift up the gate to the south to create a shortcut to return back to the stronghold entrance later. Next, follow the trail northwest, to the left of the first shrine to reach the second shrine guarded by a shadow and reaver guard. You can destroy the explosive jar holder over their head to damage them first. Otherwise, you can just rush in and instantly destroy them with a runic attack. Destroy this shrine next.

Backtrack to the main area and approach the sealed door to the west. You have to hit the three bells as fast as you can in order to remove the seals and unlock the door. Blow up the sap covering one of the bells to the right then pick up a shatter crystal from the nearby root. Throw one near the two bells to the left then order Atreus to detonate it. If done correctly, the blast will be powerful enough to ring the two bells. Quickly hit the third bell to the right to completely remove the seals. Open the door to continue.

Continue through the tunnel to find a tatzelwurm ahead. You can drop the explosive jar above it to damage it before engaging it. More of its kind will appear as soon as you do this so destroy them all. Once clear, lift the gate ahead then lower the drawbridge along the way.

Cross the bridge and look to your immediate right to find a raven. Destroy it then continue along the path to find a lore marker. Have Atreus read it then jump across the gap.

Continue to the clearing ahead to find the last shrine in the middle of some stone structures. Engage all enemies while evading Reginn’s lightning strikes. It’s recommended to take out the tatzelwurms first so you can concentrate on the dark elf warrior.

After destroying the shrine, don’t forget to pick up one of the Konunsgard Stronghold Entry Stones required to open the stronghold’s main door. Use the nearby zipline to return to the main area.

Finally, head to Reginn’s anchor and dispel the binding the free the dragon. If Reginn is the third dragon you’ve freed, the labor “Free Dragons” will be completed. You’ll also receive the “Dangerous Skies” silver trophy and corresponding rewards.
