Light Elf Sanctuary

Realm Tear 1/1

Upon disembarking at the beach for the first time, you’ll be greeted by tatzelwurms. Defeat them then turn the large knob to raise the gate across the gap. This gate will only stay open for a few seconds so make sure to get past it as soon as you turn the knob.

In the next area, defeat all enemies. The other gate leading to the realm tear is blocked by a vine and you have to destroy two cores quickly to eliminate it. To do this, first throw your axe at the lower vine core, operate the knob, and recall the axe.

This will free the gate and raise it. Next, quickly throw your axe to the upper vine core. If done correctly, you’ll be able to destroy the vine core outside just as the gate slams down and cuts through the lower vine core.

Open the gate and interact with the realm tear. You’ll be facing two heavy draugrs here, with power levels 3 and 4. They’ll be dangerous but manageable to defeat, especially if you keep your distance and keep throwing your axe at them. Using ranged runic attacks will also help in dealing greater damage against them. After defeating the draugrs, interact with the realm tear to get the Dust of Realms and to close it.

Elven Artifact 1/1

Next, follow the path to the tunnel. Destroy the vine cores to clear the path and cross the root bridge. There’s another large vine covering the ledge so line up your axe throw to destroy all vine cores at once. This will clear the light elf corpse nearby and the ledge where you can jump down from. Make sure to pick up the elven artifact beside the light elf corpse to register it to your collection.

Legendary Chest 1/1

Drop down from the ledge and follow the tunnel leading to a room with a legendary chest wrapped with a large vine. Operate the gear wheel to move the two vine cores attached to the overhead contraption then time your throw as they move perpendicular to each other so you can cut them both at the same time. Destroying them successfully will free the legendary chest in the middle of the room. Loot the Amulet of Kvasir (legendary talisman) from it.

Nornir Chest

Finally, return to the area past the gates and follow the path to the left leading to a Nornir chest. The bells you need to hit won’t display the symbols in them so you’ll have to hit the three correct bells in a short span of time to unlock the chest. Refer to the images of the correct bells below:
