Spoils of War

You can collect all 6 Elven Artifacts during your entire stay in Alfheim.

Artifact 1

In the Light Elf Sanctuary, there’s a path from the Realm Tear area that leads to a ledge where a light elf corpse is located with this artifact. You have to destroy the nearby three vine cores to remove the vine, allowing you to pick up the artifact.

Artifact 2

In the Light Elf Shore, find the light elf corpse in the stone pathway near the ledge with the legendary chest.

Artifact 3

From where you defeated the Stone Ancient and restored the main light bridge, cross the light bridge to the left which will lead you to a light elf corpse with one Elven Artifact on the floor.

Artifact 4

After obtaining the Light of Alfheim and once the light elves returned to the Ringed Temple, you’ll be able to leave. Instead of taking the boat, you can ride the elevator back down where the trench area is now in darkness. As soon as you get off the elevator, you’ll find the previously-locked cells now open. This artifact is found beside a light elf’s corpse in one of the opened cells.

Artifact 5

After obtaining the Light of Alfheim and once the light elves returned to the Ringed Temple, you’ll be able to leave. Instead of taking the boat, you can ride the elevator back down where the trench area is now in darkness. From the elevator, exit through the door and back to the platform where there are unactivated light crystals. Look for the room with cells blocked by a light barrier, which is easily spotted in the darkness.

Activate the light bridge leading to that room. Enter that room to find a dangling light crystal on the ceiling. Destroy the holder and Kill off the draugrs released from the cells. You can fall back and funnel them from the doorway so you can easily pick them off. Once cleared, check the cell in the middle to find another Elven Artifact.

Artifact 6

After retrieving the light crystal to get the artifact above, insert it to the pedestal in the middle platform. Activate it to create a light bridge then cross the bridge to the reach the other platform with the large gear wheel you used to lower the platforms in the middle. Interact with it again and fully lower the platforms. Freeze the small gear wheel then enter the tunnel again across.

The locked cells here are now open so you can pick up another elven artifact beside a light elf’s corpse in the central cell. This is the last (fourth) elven artifact in the temple itself. The other two are found in the Light Elf Sanctuary and Light Elf Shore areas within the same realm.
