Trainer Tower is located on Seven Island within the Sevii Islands, being the Kanto Region's form of a Battle Tower. Here, players can challenge other trainers in a marathon of battles in hopes of reaching the top of the tower. Unlike the Battle Tower, players are allowed to use items. There are four different Battle Formats players can compete in within the Trainer Tower: Single Battle, Double Battle, Knockout Battle, and Mixed Battle. All opposing trainers will have Pokemon at the same level of your highest leveled Pokemon, and you will earn a special Evolutionary Item for completing each Battle Format found at the Trainer Tower.
