Walkthrough

Located at the center of Ruin Valley is the Dotted. This is a mysterious cave that can only be explored should you use HM Cut of the entrance of the cave. There isn't too much to this cave, having no Wild Pokemon or Pokemon Trainers found within it. Believe it or not, each and every path will lead you to deepest level of the cave, which is where the Sapphire, the same Celio is needing, can be found. Unfortunately, right before you can grab the Sapphire, a scientist will appear and snatch it. He will take it back to the Team Rocket Warehouse on Five Island, but not before disclosing the second and final password to make it into the building.
