Legendary Pokemon Lugia

Within the basement of Naval Rock, you will find the Legendary Pokemon known as Lugia. Lugia is one piece of the Johto Tower Duo, being a dual Psychic/Flying Type Pokemon. It will be found at Level 70, knowing the moves Recover, Hydro Pump, Rain Dance and Swift. Because of its typing, Lugia is weak against Electric Type Pokemon, Ice Type Pokemon, Ghost Type Pokemon and Dark Type Pokemon. However, because Lugia only has Hydro Pump and Swift as damage causing attacks, Water Types and Grass Types also do well against it. Even though Lugia is in a three way tie for strongest Wild Pokemon and thus makes it a good candidate to use the Master Ball on, it can still be captured using Ultra Balls.
