Walkthrough

Directly before finding the S.S. Anne Captain, you will run into your Rival once again. Of course, he will challenge you to another battle. His Pokemon Team has grown in Strength once again, having evolved three of his four Pokemon (including his Starter Pokemon). After defeating him, you will be able to proceed to S.S. Anne Captain. After helping the Captain with his sea sickness, he will gift you with HM Cut.

Rival (Bulbasaur Chosen): Level 19 Pidgeotto, Level 16 Raticate, Level 18 Kadabra, Level 20 Charmeleon

Rival (Charmander Chosen): Level 19 Pidgeotto, Level 16 Raticate, Level 18 Kadabra, Level 20 Wartortle

Rival (Squirtle Chosen): Level 19 Pidgeotto, Level 16 Raticate, Level 18 Kadabra, Level 20 Bulbasaur
