Trainer Cards have existed as long as the Mainstream Pokemon Games have been around, this time listing all the key information about your trainer as you journey through the Kanto Region. Much like in Pokemon Ruby & Pokemon Sapphire, selecting your Trainer's Name on the Start Menu will bring you to your Trainer Card. Here, you will see a list including your Trainer ID Number, Gym Badges, Play Time, Money, Hall of Fame Debut, Link Battles, Pokemon Trades, Union Trades & Battles, Battle Points Won, and Berry Crushed.
As you progress further and further within your journey and as you complete certain tasks, you will earn more stars to your Trainer Card which will, in turn, change the color of it. Zero Stars will see your Trainer Card be Blue, 1 Star will change it Green, 2 Stars will change it Bronze, 3 Stars will change it Silver, and 4 Stars will change it Gold.
The tasks needed to receive an additional Star to your Trainer Card includes:
1) Defeat the Pokemon League
2) Jump 200 Times in Pokemon Jump & Collect 200 Berries in Dodrio Berry Picking
3) Complete the Kanto Pokedex (minus Mew)
4) Complete the National Pokedex (Mythical Pokemon)
