Walkthrough
Located within Outcast Island is Altering Cave, a strange landmark that appears empty and serving no purpose whatsoever. However, back when this game was first created, Altering Cave was to serve as a location to collect data from Wonder Spots (which would've seen the Wild Pokemon found within the cave to alternate at different times). Unfortunately, this never came to be outside for those living in Japan back in the day, effectively making Altering Cave useless in the grand scheme of things.
Wild Pokemon That Were Suppose To Alternate
Zubat: Levels 6-16
Mareep: Level 3-13
Pineco: Levels 19-29
Houndour: Levels 12-20
Teddiursa: Levels 18-28
Aipom: Levels 18-28
Shuckle: Level 18-28
Stantler: Levels 18-28
Smeargle: Levels 18-28
