Legendary Pokemon Ho-Oh

At the summit of Naval Rock, you will find the Legendary Pokemon known as Ho-Oh. Ho-Oh is one piece of the Johto Tower Duo, being a dual Fire/Flying Type Pokemon. It will be found at Level 70, knowing the moves Recover, Fire Blast, Sunny Day and Swift. Because Ho-Oh is a Fire Type Pokemon and the only move (outside of Swift) it knows that actually causes physical damage to your Pokemon is also Fire Type in nature, Rock Type Pokemon and Water Type Pokemon do especially well against it. Even though Ho-Oh is in a three way tie for strongest Wild Pokemon and thus makes it a good candidate to use the Master Ball on, it can still be captured using Ultra Balls.
