With the new Tropical Romance Island there are a series of unlockable buildings and locations.
Here is a rundown of what is available. We'll update this page with more information and images as we unlock each one ourselves.
Hidden Hammock
The Hidden Hammock is the first location you are prompted to unlock on the island. This becomes unlockable in exchange for 3500 bananas. You have two options with the hammock, you can Be Lazy for 15 minutes or Relax for 1 hour and 30 minutes, both actions allow your Sim to recover some Zzzzs.

Coastal Dining
Coastal Dining is the second location on the island which is available to be unlocked with 4000 bananas. It is an incredible beautiful and romantic setting perfect for a romantic dinner date for two Sims. And that is exactly what they can do here. There is also an option for a sim to serenade another sim.

This idyllic spot for sport allows your Sims to enjoy a two hour match of beach volleyball

Sun Bath Beach
This lovely spot away from the hustle and bustle of your town offers a number of relaxation options:
Recline - 2 mins (18xp)
Lounge - 5 mins (43xp)
Mellow Out - 2 hours (213xp)
Get Sunburnt - 8 hours (645xp)

Sun Coast Bar
This is the best item so far I think on the island with a whole load of things you can do, from a quick ponder, and lengthy relax or enjoying a special cocktails. The cocktails also serve to inspire your Sims as they have 6.4% cupcake extract! Watch out you don't have too many though! ;)

I won't be rude. But this is a fact. I spent an inordinate amount of time and $ to collect fruit and unlock island quests...only to be told that I now would have to pay at least $99.99 to unlock the bungalow because the time is up. Seriously, I lost sleep trying to keep up with collecting fruit and even paid money to complete the collecting quicker.
But I won't pay $100.00. Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong...or if the only way to get this is to pay $100.00. Thanks.
I understand how you feel. Personally I am not paying to complete the builds on my unlocked items - I can live without them. Yes this was a seriously hard task to complete and I doubt people could have completed it without spending money or being totally on top of the collecting of fruit - even through the night.
How do you get your sims to use the wedding venue on the island? I can't get them to actually get married?!
Are you using Sims which are already engaged? You need to take them to the venue then use the get married option.
Will you be able to unlock the Wedding Coast Venue and Sea View Bungalow after the event expired? Was the quest updated to have 7 days only? Thanks.
No I don't think, anything not unlocked before the end of the seven day event cannot be unlocked after. Anything unlocked can still be build for the next seven days after the end of the event though, but you cannot collect more resources to complete the build.
How do I unlock the sea view bungalow I still miss 900 passion fruit and I don't know I to gei it
If you haven't unlocked it before the end of the seven day event I don't think you'll be able to unlock it and build it. That is just my understanding of the situation.
