Health Spa Event

May 2016 sees the Introduction of opportunity for you to build a Health Spa in your SimTown with this new Global Community Limited Time Event.

There are no time extensions allowed so the quicker you start the better chance you will have to complete the Event. However if you join the event late you'll still be eligible to claim all of the Items that have been unlocked by the community, so it is well worth starting if you have the opportunity to do so.

Here is a rundown of the tasks and how to complete them.

Place a Quartz Deposit

Go to Event Items in the Home Store and place a Quartz deposit on of the home lots.

Collect Some Gems

After placing the Quartz Deposit you need to send a SIm to collect gems from the Quartz Deposit. The idea is that these gems are collected in order to unlock prizes to design your Day Spa.

After collecting the first lot of gems you will be prompted to purchase the Spa Robes, you should go ahead do that.

You'll need to keep collecting Quartz throughout the duration of this task. There are four options time/collection options. The best one is the 3 hours 30 mins for 315 quartz, but it you'll need to be active to keep collecting throughout the day to make this worthwhile.

Use a Coin Flower Patch

Go to Event Items in the Home Store and plant a Spin Flower on a Coin Flower Patch.

Check the Community Progress

Tap the Lotus flower in the top left of the screen, then click the third tab to check the community progress.

Complete the Daily Goals

Click the Lotus flower again, then click tick box icon this will bring up the daily Goals. You need to complete all of that lot!

One of the Goals will be to collect Quartz, to make this easier place more Quartz deposits near to the first one you built. You can have up to four in your town. Then bring over more Sims so that all four are being harvested.
