Learn how to specialize in a Profession to complete all new Goals and Profession levels

Assign a Speciality to a Level 6 Sims

Once a Sim has reached 6 levels in a profession they are then ready to specialize.

Open the occupations tab and assign a specialization to a level 6 Sim.

In our game we have a Filmaker that has reached level 6, she can now choose to specialize as either a Director or Performer.

You can only have one Sim in each specialization

This action may unlock something new for your Sim, in our case it unlocked an Audition Room

Fulfull a Profession Badge

Specialst Sims now must complete 'badges' to get promoted within their specialization.

Tap the occupations tab, and scroll down to the Sim that you assigned the specilization to and complete the task that awards your Sim the next badge. Once you complete all badges you will then unlock the next level for your Sim.

In the case of the performer specialization we have to help 3 Sims to earn our first badge. And you have to help each Sim with everything that they need help with. So in the case of our Sim it was three tasks per Sim.

To do this, send your Sim with the specilization to work and look for 3 people are closeby in your workplace, tap on their icons above their heads to see what options there are to help them.

Build a Workstation

To continue through the professions ranks your Sim will need new Workstations. Check which workstation you need to build for your Sims Specialization, then collect enough resources to build it.

Our Sim is specializing at being a performer, so we need to unlock the Audition Room. I'll need a Sim to reach level 6 of the performer specialization. To do this I need to continue to help people while at work. Also to build the Audition Room you will need to collect the amount of resources it says that you need to build it. In this case, the Audition Room needs 600 Coffee Cups and 140 3D Glasses to be able to build it.

You can reduce the time it takes to help people by making upgrades to buildings around the workplace.

Once you have completed the specialization building, this Quest will be completed.
