As the passengers jump to the crocodile-infested waters, you have no choice but to jump in the water and swim immediately towards the ship to avoid being the next meal. From there, head to the right, towards the engine room and loot the Tac-Vest there.

Guide Image

Now go around the other side of the ship and peek through the door leading to the main hall/ casino where there are a lot of enemies waiting. Prepare your grenade or molotov and take the initiative by attacking them. Stay in cover and use blind fire to take out enemies inching towards you. Move from cover to cover as you clear the entire area of enemies. Before moving on, make sure to loot the bodies for ammo and maybe switch your weapons if necessary. Loot the medicine cabinet then continue upstairs where more enemies are waiting.

Guide Image

Get in cover immediately then shoot the incoming enemies. Blind fire will still be the faster way of eliminating them while still in cover. Now clear out the remaining enemies and continue forth. Head to the right where the medicine cabinet is located. Loot it then take cover as you proceed along the side of the upper deck of the ship. There is a couple of enemies waiting ahead so take cover and pick them off from a distance. Continue along the walkway then go upstairs.

Guide Image

As the windows explodes, head to the nearest cover and engage another group of enemies. Use your intel view often before moving forth to avoid surprise attacks. As usual, don’t forget to pick up the ammo, cash, and other drops.

Head inside the river boat’s bridge, then go upstairs. In this level, you’ll find two weapon lockers, one contains a Tac-Vest and the other has an Automat SG. Get both if needed then continue along the open doorways. You’ll find another medicine cabinet before the stairs. Loot it as well then continue downstairs.

Follow the path to reach the main dining hall. Uncle Lou is just right behind this last large batch of enemies you have to deal with. Start by picking off the enemies in the upper balcony since they have the elevation advantage. If possible, try to make your way to the stairs so you can get a good view of enemies below and you can ambush them from the stairs. Keep your intel view in good use to ensure that you wouldn’t get flanked.

After clearing the hall, find the ladder on the northwest corner of the room, climb it, then open the door to reach the senator and Lou Marcano. A cutscene will take place.

The death of the "good" senator

After getting thrown from the river boat, you have to chase down Lou as he fires blindly with his gun. Keep following him until you catch up to him. Subdue him to complete the mission.
