Vito's associate, Betty Johnson, offers a very convenient service which you can have her collect the money you have in your wallet and deposit it in your behalf. The game encourages you to deposit your cash on hand to your personal stash early in the game since if you die, you'll lose half of what you're carrying. Losing a chunk of your money can be quite disadvantageous since you'll be hard on cash early in the game, especially when you're trying to establish your underbosses' rackets for higher kickbacks.

As you level her up, she can even collect your kickbacks for you, eliminating the need to drive to your underbosses' hideouts to collect them yourself. She'll also have an inside man, which basically gives you the ability to see enemies behind the walls while in Intel view even if you haven't wiretapped the location.

Hit Squad

When in a pinch, you can call Bobby "Ducks" Navarro to request for reinforcements. These loyal hard-boiled shooters will come to your aid immediately, almost anywhere. If you're in a middle of the firefight, they'll arrive guns blazing. If there are no enemies nearby, they'll hang around and give you protection detail. When upgraded, you'll get a squad of Enforcers, more aggressive and sturdier. The highest level of upgrade for this premium service adds another person in the team, kicking up the squad to a four-man team. Consider calling your hit squad when you're pinned down and severely outnumbered or Marcano's own hit squad is pursuing you while carrying delicate cargo to increase your rackets' earn.

Mob Doc

Vito's associate, Dr. Gianni Bruno worked for the Army but now works for Vito. As you increase his earn, the good doctor will offer more upgrades for purchase via the Arms Dealer which will increase your survivability. From increased health bars, adrenaline shot capability, and almost instantaneous health recovery, you can count on him to keep you sturdy enough to deal against an army on your own. You won't be able to deal with him directly but the benefits of having a mob doctor is invaluable.
