This is a large building and the boss is located on the second floor. The best entry is from the west since there’s a weapon locker with a tac-vest and you can reach the third floor without too much resistance.
Bastian is located in the northwest corner portion of the building You have to weave through the lab from the south to reach the boss. You don’t need to kill everyone but if you want to pick up all the cash pickups and you want some challenge, go ahead and wipe out the enemies from every floor. In case you’ll be going loud, there are several explosive barrels in the lab. In Bastian’s office, there’s also a Vargas Painting.
